Cybersecurity Survey Results Suggest Travelers are More Concerned About Need to Use Mobile Device

Published by Hotel News Resource, the University of Pheonix released the results of their summer travel cybersecurity survey, yielding surprising results. Though half of the respondents agreed that cybersecurity was a cause of worry while vacationing, 55% were more concerned with having the ability to access their mobile devices. In the survey, travelers expressed concern about personal information being stolen as well as developing viruses on their phones, yet many say they do not take precautions to prevent these occurrences, such as antivirus software.
