A Step Towards Gender Equality in the Hospitality Industry

Recently published by HospitalityNet, AETHOS research shows a greater diversity in the hospitality workplace as the number of women in leadership positions continues to increase. It appears that hiring managers are more so looking for the "right fit" for the job, in turn giving female candidates an equal opportunity for leadership positions. Though there is improvement towards a more even board, women in the industry still experience a significant pay gap.
