State of the Industry Report Finds Technology & Health Drive Millennial Dining Trends


It's no news that the Millennial generation are driving trends in the hospitality industry, and Hotel Management has taken a closer look into the mind of the average Millennial. The State of the Industry report conducted by the NRA has given insight of the generation, and their opinions on dining out. According to the polls, the main drivers are technology and health. Millennials are most likely to use technology to find a place to eat, especially somewhere that makes their menu available online. They also look for healthy, locally-sourced, sustainable options, which is why farm-to-table and Artisan menus are the latest trend in food service.
