Guests can now have a convenient breakfast option that is completely customized, with healthy options such as cage-free eggs and all natural breakfast meats. Hyatt celebrated the new breakfast option with a "#WhySeattle Battle of the Breakfast Bowls" cooking contest between Institute of Culinary Education students, which was won by Brooke DiResta, creator of The Nomad Bowl.
